About Me
Let me tell the story
My name is Black, a creative designer and founder of Made By Black based in Abuja, Nigeria. I work across UI/UX, websites, web and mobile applications, brand identity, product packaging, brand strategy and AI-enhanced creativity.
My work lives in the space between clarity and chaos: design that is functional enough to be trusted, bold enough to be noticed, and just irregular enough to be unforgettable. I help brands, SMEs, startups, freelancers, creators, and businesses turn ideas into digital products, visual identities, and experiences that actually feel like them.
I don’t chase trends or hide behind templates. I build with intention which compulsorily implies researching the user, understanding the brand, then crafting interfaces, identities, and creative systems with personality and purpose. AI is part of my process, but never the personality at all; I use it to move faster, explore deeper, and push ideas further without losing the human touch.
Outside client work, I’m artistic, curious, and comfortably weird. I also provide services like teaching design tutorials, videography, photography, image editing and manipulation, AI experiments, and whatever new creative rabbit hole catches my attention. That curiosity shapes my design: unexpected references, bold ideas, and work that refuses to feel generic.
